Auria Discussion Board

I'm sure that several of the lot of NAM loaders work just fine in Auria.

while AAF is a good thing, with (paid) converters to other formats to import in various DAWs, I rarely used AAF. In the end it was easier for me to export the single tracks as audio files. I didn't test the Auria AAF import and export recently. What I tested is the new DAW export (I don't recall exa...

Hi! I think most old time users would gladly make a new 1 time payment or a small subscription to support continuing development I find this a good idea. Rim's work is exceptional, deserves to be honored with money. I would gladly pay another $50 for the continuation of the development. The subscri...

an unimportant wish, probably requested many times: make the top left switch for mixer/editor one single button or one single touch area. I'm using an iPad Pro with a rugged envelope/case, the top left area is not so easy to touch - and I'm switching between mixer and editor often. Right now it is a...

many thanks for the update. Everything seems to run smoothly again. And on a modern (2024) iPad Pro it is on another level with these fast devices. Including the easy transfer of Auria projects with the iPadOS Files app.

This is really fun to work with Auria Pro again.

this is an unexpected surprise. On the M4 iPad Pro Auria show in full screen again, and after re-setting the iPad Pro screen optimisation to on, everything looks as it used to again. However, as mentioned by djjuniorpops, there seems to be a graphics problem. Moving faders appear to run at 5 fps, th...

is this a preset for an effect? Maybe the preset system is broken in Auria.

if the projects are stored somewhere, then yes.

Interesting that you mention the screen issue, I have a 2020 iPad Pro where I managed to optimise Aura into the boundaries of the screen and a iPad Pro M4 where I don’t have the option to do that. yes you are right, with my old 2017 iPad Pro, Auria Pro is fullscreen. Just with the new one, M4, it i...

thank you for this description. I like Auria Pro mainly for its video capability, a feature that is unique I think. For work with synths and quick ideas I switched to Cubasis. Automation works well in Cubasis, and it also has the Mackie Protocol like Auria Pro. I have the first iCon motor fader cont...

Auria Pro is working in full screen, but I'm on iPadOS 17.7.6, and it says up to date.

iPad Pro 2017.

glad to hear that development is ongoing.

Does it look like this? This screenshot was made on an iPad Pro 2024. On an iPad Pro 2017 the screen is correct.

the easiest way is to solo the guitar track. With this method you don't have to deal with the output matrix, and you have good control over the effect. I'm not familiar with the interface you are using, maybe it does only have one stereo output. If it has more, then route the guitar track to an addi...

I agree that Auria Pro is a very good DAW, and am glad there is still development/support going. For metering on desktop, the one from SSL is really good. But also expensive*. There are good meters for free from Voxengo and Melda Productions. * about $100. It is integrated in the SSL UF1 controller,...
