Hi all,

I am excited to announce that the Auria Pro Beta Program is getting ready to begin! If you're interested in helping us test Auria Pro before launch, please fill out the following information and send it back to us: beta@auriaapp.com

Notes:

- You must own an iPad to participate in the Beta program.
- Due to Apple testing limitations, your iPad must have iOS 8 or later (once Auria Pro is officially launched, it will work with older iOS versions, so this limitation only applies to testing).
- Beta testing can be challenging. We're looking for people who are good at finding bugs and are willing to take the extra time to figure out how to make them happen!

I wish we could let you test somehow, but Apple's new testing system (TestFlight) only allows iOS 8 and above...

Something else to note: if you already own Auria, Auria Pro won't interfere with your current version - it's a separate app. So there's no need to worry about the testing affecting your current workflow.

Yeah, it's a bummer. I'm almost tempted to upgrade to v8 just to be able to apply. I'm sure you'll have a deluge of eager applicants but, if you find yourself short of iPad3 users ( ), give me a shout and I'll take the plunge to v8 and fill in your form. Best of luck with the beta. I'm as keen as anyone to see the launch

Rim, can you give a brief description of what is required for the actual testing? Do we just try to use as many features as possible, or is there a checklist of features to test?

We'll provide guidance when the beta starts, but in general we'll need everything tested, so just use the app like you normally would, recording / playing / editing, using MIDI, warping tracks, using buses, etc.
