Here's another silly question for you guys
(Sheesh this getting into a weekly habit... But hey least I'm using the app lol)
How do I extended the bars
I laid out a beat for 16 bar verses but now my mates wants 24 bar verses 8 bar hook
How do I extended the bars
When I copy and paste it just copies on top of the 8bar chorus
Just trying to squeeze 8 more bars in
Without having to rearrange the beat
Can I just copy 8 bars and it paste and moves the rest of the song further along the time line
Thanks you guys

Re: Extending the bars
All you have to do is set the cursor line at the bar you want to start the new additional bars at , then select SELECT ALL from the edit menu then select SPLIT ALL. This splits all the tracks at the same time at the same location. Now highlight only the tracks to the right of this bar cut and move the highlighted bars to the right in time until you have enough bars to cover your paste. Now just copy the region area you want to repeat and paste into that empty area. Auria doesn't move the project tracks forward in time as you might only want to add to a track but not have it shift in time. Most copy/paste operations are just to add to a track while remaining at the same bar count. This proceedure here is so that this is possible to achieve in the editor at your control. Cheers and hope that helped.
Re: Extending the bars
As Anthony says, it pretty straight forward. Make sure your snap is set to bars if appropriate.
The hardest part of this for me is dragging a fence around all the split tracks to the right. I get fumble fingers sometimes, so it takes me a few tries.
