Audio import issue

Hi,

Probable newbie question, I'm trying to import a fairly lengthy audio track, 245mb aif file for editing on a single track from Dropbox. I have enough space according to the memory usage indicator (312mb.. Ish after a reboot) the file spends a couple of mins importing and then nothing appears in the track.

Ive tried this three or four times now, but no luck. Nothing appears in the track other than the name of the file. I have successfully imported other files so not sure if the size is the issue?

Any help or advice appreciated, thanks.

My guess would be that it's not properly importing from Dropbox. Do you have a way to copy this file to your computer, then use iFunBox or iTunes to copy it to the iPad?
