Is there a way to set up something, similar to Ableton live, were you can use an "external effect" loop to add external reverbs, delays, etc...aux in auria?

Yes, definitely. Just connect an external audio interface which has multiple outputs to Auria, then use the output matrix (or the direct output feature) to route your channels or AUXes to your interface's outputs. The manual has sections describing how to route audio if you need more info.
