Drumagog Printing Problem

Post by adgemstudios »

I'm having trouble when printing sample toms to my recorded tom track. No problems at all when printing snare/kick but as I print the toms, some hits are correct yet some are misaligned by quite a lot, probably a few 100ms out. How can this be when it worked perfectly printing the kick/snare?

I have noticed that the tom wave looks different and takes longer to peak, could this be drumagog triggering on the sample peak and pushing it off?

Hello,

Toms are generally more resonant than kicks and snares, so it's possible that Drumagog is missing the transient--try turning the transient detail down and see if that is more accurate.
