Drumagog 5 Basic Purchase - No Download Option in My Account

Hey there, I just bought the Drumagog 5 basic version from the Drumagog online store and made sure my bank account was charged the $89.00. I was given a confirmation number which I emailed to myself to save. I've had some trouble with my card recently but I think it worked this time and I'm curious as to why I don't have the option to download Drumagog 5 or the sample library in the My Account page on the website? Thanks!
