Drumagog GUI not showing up in PT 6.9 Session

Hi All,

I downloaded and installed the demo, everything apparently went fine, and I do see drumagog in my inserts list. When I select it all I see is a generic window instead of the real plug in? I ran the vcredist_x86 program and rebooted and still no luck. I am strongly considering buying this program if I can just get my hands on it to see if I like it. Please advise on a solution

I have also tried un-installing and re-installing to no-avail.

Thoughts?

I'm sorry you are having trouble with our demo and Pro Tools. The run-time redistributable you updated is the usual fix for problems with Drumagog appearing in Pro Tools. If both that and re-installing (and re-installing can cause problems with your 14-day trial) do not get Drumagog to appear, you may have a problem with your Pro Tools plugins cache/database. The Digidesign website support section has some tools available to clear your plugin cache, as that help when plugins do not work as they should.
