I just wanted to give a heads up to any Drumagog customers that have Hotmail/MSN accounts. There have been a number of customer unable to retrieve an unlock code because of return error messages.
For some reason, Hotmail/MSN does not like emails from the drumagog.com domain (return errors or place in junk/spam folder). If possible, please change your settings so our emails arrive to your inbox.
Another solution is to enter a non-Hotmail/MSN email in the "Current Email Address" area of the support page. The unlock code will then be sent to this account.
