PLEASE HELP!
I followed the guide to the letter, copied the challenge into the box and then pressed the next key but it just stayed on the 'Authorising your product' page for around 30 minutes. I then tried to refresh it but still nothing.
Ive been trying to do this now for best part of an hour!

Hello,
We are sorry about the trouble authorizing. We just had a temporary connection issue with our authorization server. We rebooted it and it is fully functional now. Please retry the process again from our website where you enter your Challenge code or iLok information and you should be all set.

Hi, i shut the mac down for the night and re authorised it this morning,
When i load cubase 5, the authorisation window doesn't appear!
How do i get it to appear so that i can paste the response to my challenge?
This is a nightmare!

Hello,
We are sorry that you are experiencing trouble with authorizing Drumagog 5. If the authorization window does not open, can you get Drumagog working? You may have authorized it. There is no way that Drumagog will not show it's authorization window if it is not authorized. You can also try a reinstall of Drumagog.
