Authorization Problems

I ordered and downloaded Drumagog 5 last night from the Drumagog website. When I clicked on the Authorize button it goes to a screen that says I can refresh or wait. It hangs up when trying to Authorize my Ilok so this morning I tried using the challenge and response and when I entered the challenge I get the same screen and nothing happens. Suggestions?

Over the holiday weekend our authorization server was down for a short time. It has since been rebooted and is now fully functional. You may attempt to authorize your copy of Drumagog 5 again and should have no troubles. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi, i'm new to drumagog and i've newly purchased the platinum 5. In fact, i made a stupid error and can't find the solution for it. here it is;-
after successfully installing it, i restarted my imac. the 'Authorization Window' opened but i pressed the 'Quit' button by mistake. i tried to get access to the 'Authorization Window' again but in vain. i even re-installed the software but no solution.

i really need to find a solution. please, help me. thanks in advance.

Hello,

What audio program are you using? Does Drumagog 5 still show up as an effect plugin? If it does not, you likely just need to have your DAW rescan for plugins to make it appear. If it does appear, what happens when you try to instantiate it on a track?
