HELP... Mac Pro Intel + Cubase + Drumagog Pro = PROBLEMS

Post by barka »

I work with a Mac Pro (intel) and use cubase sx 3 and recently installed Drumagog Pro. I cannot find it anywhere! I've tried installing both the Rosetta version and Intel version, but no luck.

I've been trying to load it in cubase as an insert on an audio track, as instructed by the manuals.

Am I missing something out, or do files need to be moved?

Any help would be great, cheers.

By default, there should be a drumagog.dll file (drumagogFL.dll will also be there) in the follow folder: C:\ProgramFiles\VSTPlugins. Often when a Steinberg product is installed, the installer places the .dll files in C:\ProgramFiles\Steinberg\VSTPlugins

If the files are not in these folder, try searching your hard drive for drumagog.dll and drumagogFL.dll to locate the VST files.

Also, check your VST shared folder location in Cubase. This is located in File > Preference > VST > Plug-ins. Try manually copying the .dll files there.

Install the Intel version of Drumagog. The Rosetta version is only used with Cubase LE.
