Authorization issues

After I received my ilok to authorize my Drumagog in order to use it, I went to drumagog.com, signed in, I punched in all the necessary info and clicked on "authorize this product", then "I have an ilok", typed in my user id, clicked on "Authorize" and received this message: "Error- You have exceeded the limits of authorization attempts for this download"
Will someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
