Sonar 5 / Drumagog 5 not showing up

Sonar 5: Need Help with Drumagog 5 Plug In

I've been trying for 72 hours to move all software from a failing hard drive and rebuild my DAW. S5 and D% worked perfectly on my former DAW.

I'm using Sonar 5, no wish to upgrade. My problem is I cant get Sonar to see Drumagog 5 no matter what I try.

I'm desperate at this point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Windows 7
Sonar Producer 5 (installed at 32 bit.....64 bit was a disaster)
Drumagog 5

Update: Sonar 5 "sees" Drumagog in VST manager, its just not showing you for use in the FX bin.
