installation CPU ID problem after uninstall of demo version

Post by surfdiver »

Hi,

I installed your demo version more than 14 days ago, uninstalled it and purchased the retail version.
I installed it (Windows XP PC, Cubase SX 3), opened Cubase, found drumagog, opened it.... and...
there's is no unlock button at the bottom.
Just: demo version - date expired...

What can i do to get the CPU ID ?

Drumagog should say "Demo - evaluation expired Click to unlock". If it only says "Demo - evaluation expired", then the demo is still in your system. Try manually deleting the Drumagog40 folder in program files after you do an uninstall, then re-install the retail version. Also, just to make sure you have the right file, the retail version should be called "DrumagogRetail.exe".

Thanx Rim, I deleted the common files folder and the drumagog folder and the vstplugin drumagog folder, installed the retail version again and now it works. Great. Thanx.
I think, the uninstall procedure of the demo did not work 100%. Maybe that was the reason.
