METAL KICKS & SNARES & TOMS
METAL KICKS & SNARES & TOMS
I am essentially looking for GOG files for Kicks, Snare, Toms... Predominantly for METAL styles of music.
I have the full Drumagog along with all the downloads on this forum and the actual site.
Does anyone know anywhere else i can check for good sounds that work well with high speed drumming.
So far the sneap kick is pretty cool, Also sounds from my Alesis Dm5... How can i put those into drumagog

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but the way I import my DM5 sounds is to record them in Nuendo by moving the bounce markers to just right when the sample starts and ends then Export Audio keeping a 44/24 sample and import into Drumagog creating a new file. This has worked for me, but I don't know if it is the correct way.

Shaughn,
did you ever find any samples to suit your taste? If so, please let us know. I'm hinging on this as to whether I buy Drumagog or not. I have a few drum sample libraries and find snares to always be such a weak point where hard rock and metal are concerned.
I wish there were more audio demos on this web site...

STEVEN SLATE SAMPLES ON MAC
HI
i just bought the steven slate sample cd for mac and it works well with drumagog.
the kicks are awesome, snares and toms are ok but not on there one, you have to blend the samples with the natural track.
but it sounds much better than the original drumagog samples.

Hi there! If you go to
http://www.drumagog.com/steven%20slate/index.html
you can hear all those audio demos have a 100% replaced snare and sound fantastic. We even had a top mixer client of ours replace a whole album's snare 100% since the original snare mic was clipping. Thanks,

metal kicks and snares
I am very new to recording, and especially Drumagog. I just checked out this site i saw someone post
http://www.stevenslatedrums.com/index.html
The Metal demo sounds pretty sick, but which one would i have to order to get all those sounds? There are only 2, and they don't really give too much information about either. So, does anyone have either one??
thnx
