Cant write Unlock key in SX3

Cant write Unlock key in SX3 - When trying to write unlock key nothing happens. When using numbers from top of keyboard SX3 is choosing the tools, and when trying to use numbers on numeric nothing happens.

Can anyone help please.

I recieved a e-mail fkom Mr. Rim were he told me to open another sequencer like Logic or something to activate it there. The thing is, I dont have any other sequencer to test it on.

What shall I do to get this to work ???

make sure you are installing the "retail version" and not the demo version.

Apparently this is an OSX 10.3 issue. Cubase running under OSX 10.4 does not have this problem. Please upgrade to 10.4 if you're having this issue.
