Drumagog 5 gog Creation

Post by JimTTL » Fri Oct 21, 2011 2:37 pm

Hello all! New to the forum and had a quick question. Me and my friend work together at a studio we just created and downloaded the demo of Drumagog 5 to test and see what kind of trigger system we want to purchase. We were wondering; How do you make your own gog files in this version? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

The demo version is slightly limited in that it won't allow you to actually save custom GOG files (that's reserved for registered owners), but the basic idea is that you import individual audio samples (up to 384 per GOG) and then assign them to different dynamic groups (though Drumagog can do this automatically, too). You can also import different articulations, like normal center hits, rimshots, side sticks, off-center, etc, and even specify left vs right hand hits.
