Hello,

Based on your description, it sounds like your disc has a non-snow leopard compatible version on it. So you really need to download our latest Drumagog 4 installer from our website. We recently changed sites, so the procedure is a little different:

1. Download and install the "full retail version" of Drumagog. You can get
the full retail version from the download page from the http://www.drumagog.com website by logging in and visiting the My Account section.
2. Open Drumagog within your audio program.
3. Click on the bottom of Drumagog where it says "click to unlock".
4. This will give you the CPUID. Enter this number into the form on the
support page at http://d4.drumagog.com/support.asp.
5. The form will email you an unlock code automatically.
6. Enter this unlock code back into Drumagog.
7. Close Drumagog; close audio application.
8. Open audio application; open Drumagog; "click to unlock" message
disappears.

To log in to http://www.drumagog.com, use your registered email address (where indicated), and for the password use your registered phone number. If you have any trouble, please contact support@drumagog.com
