Re: Yes, Another 64 Bit Thread

Hello, We have added 64-bit updates for the Mac VST and AU version of Drumagog! We will be adding Windows 64-bit and an AAX version soon. The 5.2 update should be available in your account. It also addresses bug fixes from 5.11, so if you're running it in 32-bit mode (on ProTools < 11, for example)...

So I will take the lack of any reply in almost 5 months to be a resounding "You're screwed" then?

Re: 64-bit Drumagog - FINALLY?

It runs - if not optimally - for me on Cubase 7 with jBridger. However, it starts to peak my CPU if use more than one instance. Wawemachine - if you update Drumagog before the end of October, I will pledge to upgrade to Platinium. I am trying to run Platinum, and believe me it is no joke when all s...

Re: 64-bit Drumagog - FINALLY?

Still no sign?
Right now, D5 is unusable for me as all my DAW are now 64-bit, and running a 32-bit D5 in a 64-bit DAW does not work when trying to trigger via BFD2.
It is a case of it will run at first, but as soon as I try to open a saved project - crash.

D5 in 64-bit host - Problems, problems

On my old XP setup, I have several projects where D5 is running with BFD2 used in D5 and all is fine. The trouble always starts when switching to the 64-bit version of Nuendo (5.5.5) and opening the saved projects - they crash as soon as it starts to load the kick drum with BFD2 used as a plugin - t...

Re: D5, Windows 7 and crashing problems

Appreciate the tip - although in all honesty, it is weirder than that. Even though the saved NPR file will not load (one instance of D5 crashes it out) I managed to open the project on the old 32-bit system & removed D5 from the project and re-saved. The project then opened up fine on the new DA...

D5, Windows 7 and crashing problems

This is an odd one, and it is the first time I have experienced this issue. I am trying to load an old, saved project that was originally mixed in Nuendo 5.5.5 on Windows XP/32. All was fine. Trying to run up the same project in a Windows 7 system, and it crashes on me. The 64-bit host crashes out w...

Re: Basic or Pro? (Auto Align 2.0) Is it worth?

I've got the Platinum version, and it is worth the extra simply for the plugin hosting ability it has.
Being able to load up, say, BFD2 and trigger drums from within D5 that live in BFD2 is awesome.

Re: Using drumagog in stealth mode issue

Why not try duplicating the track you need to trigger the Snare from, and put D5 on that in not-stealth mode, and mix it underneath the other track?

Re: Drumagog 5 and Cubase 7

It works just fine. One word of caution though from experience - make a separate VST Plugins folder for 32-bit Drum Machines, and copy the DLL files into this & point D5 at that if you have the Platinum version. At all costs, avoid using a 64-bit plugin inside the 32-bit D5 in a 64-bit host as i...

Re: triggering SSD4 from drumagog platinum ??

Hello, If there is not a note learn function in SSD4, you may need to remap within SSD4, or just use Drumagog's MIDI out to send data to a separate track. Best, Chris WaveMachine Labs I'll try the former - but the latter had never occurred to me. How would I go about doing that, or is this all in t...

Re: triggering SSD4 from drumagog platinum ??

What settings need to be made in D5 for this, Chris?
With BFD2 it just works as long as I tell BFD2 to "learn" the incoming signal.
I cannot see any way to do this in SSD4 though.
Should I try to remap in SSD4, or should I be using the MIDI out from D5?

compatibility question

As D5 is still a 32-bit plugin, what are the implications for triggering via external VSTi via the plugins option when the plugins in question (SSD4, BFD2 etc) are 64-bit?
Will this matter - or will it cause issues if I try to access a 64-bit plugin from within a 32-bit D5?

Re: triggering SSD4 from drumagog platinum ??

If you do find out how to do this, please let me know too.
I suspect the MIDI out note is wrong somewhere - I know to get BFD2 triggering I have to tell it to "learn" the input every time.
Never have got SSD4 running in it myself though....would love to get that happening.
