Re: Links lead to nirvana
Hello, Most of the newer features have working links--if you're looking for an in-depth look at Drumagog feel free to take a look at the manual (found here: http://drumagog.com/cms-assets/Drumagog%205%20User%20Guide.pdf). For more general info, check out the 'Overview' tab on drumagog.com. Best, Chr...

Re: What libraries exist with Room modes?
Hello, The best way to figure this out would be to peruse the item description pages in the 'Store' section of drumagog.com. It's hard to give a list simply of which have 'Room' mode, because sometimes the room controls are used for other features like EQ, compression, mic position, or even distorti...

Re: Ducking Manual
Hello,
There is a more comprehensive guide in the 'Downloads' section that has a chapter on Auto-Ducking. Here is a direct link to the User Guide: http://drumagog.com/cms-assets/Drumagog ... 0Guide.pdf

Re: AVIDs new AAX plugin format.
Hello, Since RTAS will still be support on ProTools 10, we don't have immediate plans to port to AAX. However, we'll probably release a native-AAX version sometime next year, and most likely make it a free-update for Drumagog 5 owners. We currently don't have plans for updating Drumagog 4 any furthe...

Re: Extra Kits
Hi, Yes, you can customize your own soundboard within iGog, using the 'Samples' tab at the bottom. If you download Percussion eXtras, you'll be able to selectively transfer any .gog file, so managing space should not be an issue. Transferring .gog files is done via an FTP client program (we recommen...

Re: "This version of Drumagog is not compatible...."
When Drumagog was updated to work on Intel, the manner in which the settings were saved within a session had to be changed. This means that Intel based systems are interpreting Drumagog settings differently, and therefore cannot open Drumagog instances which were saved under the old format. The newe...

Re: Extra Kits
Hello, The additional free iGog samples that are included are only drum kits. However, iGog can read the same .gog files that Drumagog uses, so you could purchase one of our sample packs and load them into iGog. Percussion eXtras ( http://drumagog.com/libraries/percussion-extras ) includes many auxi...

Hello,
Glad you got it working. The code that comes in the box is actually the serial number of your copy.

Re: Problem Programming Drums via MIDI - Drumagog 5
Hello,
Setting it up on an Audio Track and having a separate MIDI track is actually the normal way it should be set up, simply because most DAWs don't recognize Drumagog as an insert on MIDI or instrument tracks. Doing it this way might improve your situation.
Best,
Chris

Re: Problem Programming Drums via MIDI - Drumagog 5
Hello, Sometimes there are issues with MIDI note durations being too long and confusing Drumagog with MIDI note off messages. A simple fix should be to shorten all the MIDI notes to as short as possible. In Pro Tools, you should be able to select all midi events on a track and shorten them all as a ...

Re: Timing issues with midi out!
Hello, Sorry you're having trouble. A few things could help us diagnose the problem: 1) What version of Drumagog are you using? 2) What triggering mode is it in? 3) What is the transient detail slider setting? Keep in mind, converting an audio track to midi is the least accurate method of drum repla...

Re: Record MIDI out under Cubase 6 / 64 bit
Hello, As an experiment, instead of using the built-in Cubase MIDI option, try using a freeware program called LoopBe (found here: http://nerds.de/en/loopbe1.html). After installing this, set Drumagog's MIDI out to LoopBe and Cubase's MIDI in to LoopBe, and see if that fixes the issue. Unfortunately...

Re: Record MIDI out under Cubase 6 / 64 bit
Hello- It sounds like you have the right idea--some things to check would be to make sure the MIDI out is checked in the Drumagog settings page, and that the track you are sending to is a MIDI track and not an audio track. Cubase is one of the only programs that allows you to do this directly--most ...

Re: Any possible idea on the 64-bit version?
Hello- Our developers have the 64-bit versions on the roadmap. We've been waiting for more across the board support from the most popular DAW makers before releasing all-new versions because we want to be able to release all of the 64-bit versions at once, and not piece meal. In the mean time, you'r...

Re: Altiverb impulses importing to Drumagog 5 platinum
Hello- Drumagog 5 Platinum supports any unprotected IR wav files. I don't know if the Altiverb IRs are protected or not, but if they aren't, than they should load into Drumagog 5 Platinum. If you don't have Drumagog you can download the demo version and try it out in the demo version. To load additi...
