This could be a memory issue, perhaps?
I know I can load up a 64-bit BFD3 in the 64-bit Drumagog 5 with no issues (see screenshot) however it seems impossible to load up Slate Drums 4 - I get an error message telling me it is not a virtual instrument. Very weird.

Re: Windows 64 bit problem
I of course uninstalled everything before re-installing. Sorry if I caused inadvertent confusion - I did not mean uninstalling the previous version but to check where the installer tries to put the new install - on my setup it tried to install the 64-bit plugin into the 32-bit plugin folder. I swit...

Re: Drumagog 5 and Cubase 7
I have tried removing drumagog completely from the system before re-installing, so that is not the problem. The problem is with the 64 bit plugin, it has bad memory management and may crash at any time. I wouldn't trust it. I currently uses the 32 bit version with jBridge. Interesting - it runs jus...

Re: Drumagog 5 and Cubase 7
Did you use default install location?FinnArild wrote:Drumagog 64 bit does not appear to work on Cubase 7.5 on windows 64 bit systems.
If you did, uninstall it & reinstall - this time, change install location to the 64-bit plugin path as the installer defaults to the 32-bit path even in the 64-bit installer.

Re: Windows 64 bit problem
Did you check the installer? If we are talking about 5.2.1 (and from memory 5.2) then the 64-bit PC installer loads into the 32-bit shared VST plugin folder, not the 64-bit one. I would uninstall both 64 & 32 bit versions & rerun the installer - look carefully before hitting "next"...

Re: Drumagog 5.21 Released
Matt, the 64-bit installer is installing into the wrong location by default on Windows 7 here. It tries to install into the 32-bit plugin folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VSTplugins. This is of course not correct - it should be pointed at C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTplugins. Susp...

All correct here - Cubase/Nuendo all 64-bit versions.

Re: Drunagog 5 Platinum 64bit problem.
Hiya Bredo...long time no speak. Hope you are well & not too stressed about this. It's all fine on the PC here, so I am wondering if the 64-bit version is installed properly. I've seen this with some installers - you really have to watch out for where things get installed to as we have seen 64-b...

Thanks Will.
Presumably the same setup applies to both BFD2 and BFD3 as well?

Re: 2-2012 its time for 64-Bit Drumagog
Hello, We have added 64-bit updates for the Mac VST and AU version of Drumagog! We will be adding Windows 64-bit and an AAX version soon. The 5.2 update should be available in your account. It also addresses bug fixes from 5.11, so if you're running it in 32-bit mode (on ProTools < 11, for example)...

Re: Yes, Another 64 Bit Thread
[ How soon, Chris? It's currently unusable for me in a 64-bit Nuendo. Same with me, this is only plugin left in my Nuendo rig, that is not 64 bit, VST for Win 7. I am unfortunately evaluating other options due the need to continue working. I hope an update comes soon. Thanks. This & AltiVerb - ...
