Re: Nuendo 64 bit does not see Drumagog 32 bit
I can assure you it works fine here.......I have run it several times on several mixes, as I like to use recorded Kick/Snares with triggered reinforcement.

Swapping installation from old to new DAW
Hi Guys. I finally bit the bullet and bought a new 64-bit DAW, and wanted to know what the process is for getting D5 Platinum set up on the new system. Do I need to deauthorize it & set it up again on the new machine, or will there be a second authorization if I just try it anyway? (probably not...

Re: Version 5.1 - triggering from plugins - how?
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I wanted to confirm that all is working as it should be.
I just popped in to see what's new, and realised I had never even bothered to say "Thank You".
Please forgive the rudeness!!

Re: Bass Sounds Like A Snare...
Hello, Make sure you have a snare Gog file selected--it sounds like you are triggering a kick drum sample with your snare track. Select a snare sound from the Browser window and see if that changes anything. Best, Chris WaveMachine Labs Or indeed the other way around, Chris!!! OP says on Bass (drum...

Drumagog or BFD2 at fault?
The problem occurs when loading a saved session with an instance of D5 running BFD2 as a plugin, where samples for BFD2 are on an external HDD. I get absolutely no visual input or warnings that anything is wrong if I have not got the external HDD connected. Normally, loading a VSTi with no sample li...

Re: Drum Kit From Hell
Can you not assign separate channel outputs for the Toms? You certainly can in BFD2, and I would have thought it was possible to do this in DFH as well. I have 8 stereo outputs available in DFH2 (but no mono ones, oddly - BFD2 gives me 8 stereo & 16 mono) Also, are the samples from DFH not inclu...

Please make the library browser scalable!!
Currently, trying to browse the samples in the current limited browser window is infuriating. Once I start to go into the subfolders in the GOG library, it really does get irritating in a hurry, as I am constantly dragging the silly scroll bar backwards & forwards as it is impossible to see the ...

Blame Avid, not these guys.
Avid are the ones who are abandoning all backwards compatbility here.

Re: What libraries exist with Room modes?
That would be my fault, I suspect. No worries.Chris M wrote: Sorry for the confusion--Smart Studio drums are included and have room sounds, as well as DriveDrums.
I did not know Smart Studio Drums & Drive Drums were included with D5 platinum - where do I get them from please?

Hi-Hats and a snare drum problem
Help!
I am trying to replace the hi-hat track, as there is so much spill from the Snare it is not funny.
This is causing D5 to trigger a hat hit every time it "hears" the snare as well.
How do I get around this, please?

FWIW, PT9.x is giving a lot of people these CPU errors.
Are you running PT with proper acredited DodgyDesign/Avid hardware, or native?
Native performance blows.....and you lose 60% of the features too.....
