Re: Drumagog samples sound extremely "high pitched"
Hmm, it sounds like it may be related to your sample rate settings. If you're running your project at either 88.2k or 96k, since most of the included samples are 44.1/48k, my guess is that they're not being sample rate converted higher, and just playing at 2x speed. Check your setting in Drumagog's ...

Re: Deleting Samples
The trash icon is the one inside Drumagog itself, it's in-between the "Add from track" button and the movie selector. You can also right/control click on the sample to get a popup menu that includes delete.

Re: BFD Issues
Whenever Drumagog and BFD don't line up, it's usually because Drumagog was added after BFD was already in the project. Since BFD only checks for Drumagog when BFD is first instantiated, Drumagog needs to already be running in the project. The quickest fix when the timing is off like that is to delet...

Re: Drumagog and Adobe Audition3
Generally speaking, when Adobe says something is unsupported, it usually means that there's a problem with the current install. If this was the full version of Drumagog you would just want to manually delete the VST plugin files for Drumagog and reinstall, using the "full retail" version o...

Re: transproting drumagog
The Drumagog settings are saved along with the project itself, so they should move along from one system to another. The usual problem, though, is with the samples: make sure that the loaded Gog file is available in the same relative location in the second computer's "Gog Files" folder, i....

Logic Pro 9.1 and Drumagog
We are currently investigating changes in the new Logic 9.1 update and OS X 10.6.2 with regards to AU plugins, and early reports of issues with Drumagog. In the short term, Logic 9.02 and Drumagog 4.11b are fully compatible, so Logic users should keep this in mind when considering the update. We'll ...

Hello,
It means that some of the information you are entering doesn't match our records (the plugin download section is more picky than the sample download page). If you are unsure of how you originally registered then you should email us and we'll look it up for you.

Re: new installation.......again
With Snow Leopard, make sure you have the latest version of Drumagog, 4.11b, as earlier versions aren't compatible. You can download the latest by logging into http://drumagog.com/retail_login.asp and downloading the "full" retail version.

Yes, that's correct, when you switched OS your unlock code will change, so just submit your new CPUID and get a new unlock code.

Re: New Drive - New Problem?
Since preferences under OS X are stored using the hard drive name, changing the name of the drive can cause problems for applications like Drumagog to find their necessary files. The simplest fix is just to run the Drumagog installer again, which will recreate your prefs using the new names, and won...

Re: Drumagog Inastall
Hello,
That is a known issue when installing an incompatible version of Drumagog under Windows Vista or Windows 7. You'll just need to download the latest version from our website, which should install fine. You can download it from http://drumagog.com/retail_login.asp

Re: Drumagog Demo dll error
Well, it is true that once you've run the demo version it will permanently stop after 14 days. It should open with errors though, and just display the Demo Expired message in the plugin. The specific error message you are seeing happens when part of the Drumagog installation is missing, in this case...

Re: Kick Phase Issue
Hello,
One other thing you might want to try adjusting is the alignment settings, as this will affect how Drumagog lines up the new samples. Try switching to different modes and profiles and see if that makes a difference.

Re: Help Please! Drumagog files won't show up in drop down?
Hello, In order for your samples to appear in Drumagog's drop-down menu they need to be setup like the existing sounds. In other words your new Gog Files must be inside a "category" folder, inside the Gog Files folder. Take a look at how the others are setup, like the Rock Bass Drums folde...

Re: Unable to disable dynamic tracking
When Dynamic Tracking is turned off Drumagog plays the sample at it's original record level, so it sounds like you have more than one sample in your Gog file and they were recorded at different levels, hence the differences when playing.
