Unfortunately, there is not a "BFD file - Drumagog GOG" converter. BFD .wav files are copy protected, so you'll most likely receive an error when attempting to load them into Drumagog. We are currently working to offer some of the BFD libraries in GOG format. Until then, the Platinum versi...

Good question. We have had other customers also ask this question.

Unfortunately, Drumagog does not have a feature. However, we'll take it into consideration for future versions.

Have you worked with quantization within your DAW?

Since Drumagog Basic supports GOG files, as well as .wav/aiff/.sdII samples, you can definitely use Basic with Steven Slate Drums. The Basic version will work fine for what you've stated in your first post.

You can always upgrade to Pro in the future.

The samples can be downloaded either individually or as an installer file. If you are having difficulty working with rolls and/or subtle notes, you may want to work with dynamic groups. Dynamic groups are discussed in detail in the manual: http://www.drumagog.com/drumagogmanual.pdf In addition, you will want to work with the sensitivity (by setting it low enough) so Drumag...

Will I still have to re-set all the drum tracks that were frozen using earlier versions, if I unfreeze them?
As long as these tracks were frozen with v4.10, you should be fine. If they were frozen with an older version, you may want to consider re-setting these tracks using v4.10 or v4.11.
