Re: Drumagog 14 Day Demo and Acid Pro 7

Hello, A few things might help us clarify this issue: What version of Acid Pro are you running? When exactly does the alert appear--is it when you open the session or when you try to insert Drumagog on a track? Reinstalling Drumagog can sometimes clear up certain issues, so that is always something ...

Re: Question before I purchase Drumagog

Hello,

Yes you can upgrade to Platinum at any time. And yes, you can add your own samples in any version of Drumagog.

Best,

Chris

Re: CPU problem in Pro Tools 9

Hello,

Reinstalling Drumagog is also always worth a try. Running Drumagog in another DAW would also give you an idea of whether the CPU issue is specific to ProTools, or whether it is your overall system.

Best,

Chris

Re: CPU problem in Pro Tools 9

Hello, Do you have any trouble running Drumagog by itself? Hosting plugins is certainly more CPU intensive, but if you're having trouble running Drumagog in the first place it may be a different issue. Restarting your computer, closing other programs, and raising your CPU usage limit are all things ...

Re: Version 5.1 - triggering from plugins - how?

Hello, The easiest way to get BFD2 set up with Drumagog is to get Drumagog triggering properly first. Once you are satisfied with how it is triggering, add BFD2 in the Plugins tab. Load a drum in BFD2, right click it, and select 'Start MIDI Learn.' Playing back the track you intend to replace should...

Re: Upgraded from 4 to 5 and can't find 'add from track'

Hello, 'Add from track' was removed in favor of 'Drag and Drop.' Cubase does not allow for batch exporting too easily, so the best option is to use a workaround. Simply cut up your samples to your desire, place them all on individual tracks, and then in the File menu, choose Export > Selected Tracks...

Re: Altiverb impulses importing to Drumagog 5 platinum

Hello,

Your system directory should be included in the 'Select...' menu within the convolution reverb. You should be able to navigate to any folder on your system through this.

Re: Question before I purchase Drumagog

Hello, Drumagog is designed to replace drum hits when using a single mic'd drum, but there are ways to achieve what you are suggesting. Drumagog has a trigger filter, which can highlight certain frequency bands and only trigger a sample when the threshold is reached in these areas. For example, adju...

Re: Impulse responses

Hello, I'm assuming you're asking whether you can use Druamgog's convolution reverb to load the Guitar Hack IRs and play them back on a guitar track without triggering any Drumagog samples. If so, this should be possible. Add Drumagog to your guitar track and set the 'Blend' slider (under the 'Main'...

Re: Drumagog 5 and Pro Tools 10

Hello, Every time we release an update, we release one for the demo as well. However, we haven't had issues when working with ProTools 10 on our end, so it may be some other computer/ProTools issue. Have you tried the standard troubleshooting steps (trashing ProTools prefs, reinstall, etc.)? If ProT...

Hello, Undo will remove the most recent take, but can only be used to go one step back, Yes, you can re-record the same instrument on top of itself. If you want, you can email your song when it's finished and add drums in another program, assuming that program supports importing mp3s. Best, Chris Wa...

Re: Drumagog 5 and Pro Tools 10

Hello, The main reason Drumagog hasn't had Audiosuite support is simply that its primary function is for real-time use. However, we certainly appreciate your comment and will take it into consideration. It's possible that ProTools 10 will make it easier to add this support, but we don't have any cur...

Re: Version 5.1 - triggering from plugins - how?

Hello, A great place to start is our Plugin Hosting tutorial, which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUc9nZRUMt4 This will go through the general ins-and-outs of Plugin Hosting, using EZDrummer as the hosted Plugin. While BFD is different from EZDrummer, much of what is covered will...

Re: What libraries exist with Room modes?

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion--Smart Studio drums are included and have room sounds, as well as DriveDrums.
