Have you tried reinstalling Auria? That seems to fix the issue.

Re: V2.21 now available
I’ve tried reinstalling Auria (and thus the plugin) and it still crashes. iPad 2017 (5th gen) iOS 12.1
Re: V2.21 now available
@newbreednet, are you sure it's THM that's causing the problem? If I reinstall Auria, then create a new project here I no longer have any problems. Please try creating a new project and inserting THM.

Re: V2.21 now available
Yeah, reinstall, create new project, add fx, choose THM, crash.
Auria “original” (not LE or Pro) if that makes any difference. V2.21

Re: V2.21 now available
Hi Rim,
I have a lot of 3rd party loops installed and have a bunch of tracks I’m currently working on, many with THM inserts.
Haven’t had to do just a backup of Auria in a long time. What’s currently the best way to get all my projects and drum loops out and back in after a reinstall?

Re: V2.21 now available
Anyone encounter any other problems on upgrading to 2.21?
Re: V2.21 now available
@supanorton You have a few options for backing up your Auria projects, audio files and loops but the most flexible option is to use the Apple Files app on your iPad.
Open the Apple Files app and access the Auria Documents folder by selecting 'On My iPad' from the left column.
You will have direct access to all of your project folders, audio files and loops and can now move them to any of your (Files compliant) cloud services.
Once you have everything confirmed backed up, you can safely delete and reinstall Auria.
Once Auria is reinstalled, use the Apple Files app again to restore everything you backed up by simply using the 'Move' command to move all of your project folders, audio files and loops back into the Auria Documents folder.
If you need any specific help on this feel free to DM me on here or email at Support[at]Drumagog[dot]com

Re: V2.21 now available
I’m getting the same issue on iOS 11.4.1 iPad Pro 10.5 with Auria Pro upgrade. THM causes a crash every single time as soon as you go to load the plugin. Can’t even open projects which have THM as plugins. Tried using backups / snapshots (manually changing .project file and reloading) but still crashes.
Also tried reinstalling Auria on an old iPad Air 2 iOS 12.1.1 and had to push reinstall purchases twice to restore THM, might be that pro upgrade required first but not sure. Still crashing as soon as I load THM or load a project which had it on an insert.
Hope this helps with troubleshooting.
By the way, Overloud, this has cost me about a day of troubleshooting. Had to rebuild a project from the wav files, then listened to each track and found a guitar solo which I had recorded clean and obviously used THM. As a side effect I also realised that many of my wav files were in the wrong position (project start) and also lost all my effects etc. Then confirmed by opening another project using THM and also crashed in exactly the same manner. Decided to wait and see if Overloud can fix this before doing the work to reposition and remix.
Apology accepted, Overloud.

Re: V2.21 now available
The only advice I can suggest for anyone still having THM issues is to ask Apple for a refund. Overloud still hasn't completely addressed this issue, and my hands are tied on this. According to the Overloud developer, he's not able to reproduce any crashes and has asked us for crash logs proving that it actually crashes. I've been unable to do so on my end - it works every time I open it. So if anyone still has crashes, please send us a crash log (via iTunes). I will forward these to Overloud asap.
Thanks,
Rim

If anyone experiencing this crash is willing, you can pull a crash log right off of your iPad:
iPad Settings> Privacy> Analytics> Analytics Data> find the latest .ips Auria Pro crash log

Hi Rim / Corey,
Tell him/her to come and read your forum. Better yet start a new thread and we’ll help troubleshoot.
Here are my ips files:
iPad Pro 10.5 inch iOS 11.4.1
https://www.dropbox.com/s/wmu4gp5f8rcdj ... 1.4.1?dl=0
iPad Air 2 iOS 12.1.1 (latest iOS) with fresh installation of Auria (pro upgrade)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/4uhsim57q9gt7 ... 2.1.1?dl=0
And a screenshot recording showing the problems with THM using the iPad Air 2:

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this soon - it’s highjacking our projects during prime recording season (aka holidays)...

Re: V2.21 now available
Thanks, that will help a lot. First thing I notice - this only occurs on Auria (not Auria Pro). It's possible they were only testing on Auria Pro.

Re: V2.21 now available
Looks like the problem may be with Auria Pro upgraded from the original Auria.
