Re: ADT app?
Fab Filter's Timeless in the Auria Store can do pretty much anything like that. The PSP Echo (also in the Auria Store) can also achieve that sort of effect.
Re: ADT app?
Thanks for answer! But there's quite a difference between adt and double the tracks with delay.
Re: ADT app?
Adt is not just a simple slap back. The second tracks varies in speed so it gives another effect than ordinary delays does.

Re: ADT app?
PSP Echo is a tape delay sim, so it can achieve a pretty decent ADT effect as long as you adjust the Wow controls so that the delayed signal is modulated. A real ADT machine is essentially just a modulated tape delay.
Timeless should also be able to do this, but it's easier to set up with PSP Echo IMO.

For some reason I find Timeless 2 hard to use. Ts probably me but even the manual seems convoluted. I haven't used Timeless as much as I thought I would. I'm wondering if I should purchase PSP Echo. It seems easier to use ...

Yes PSP Echo has a much simpler interface so I personally find it much easier to set things up in.Gary wrote:For some reason I find Timeless 2 hard to use. Re: ADT app?
Timeless is extraordinarily powerful, and I wouldn't bet against it being able to recreate any delay effect, but there is a shear-cliff-face learning curve, I highly recommend the excellent tutorial videos you can find on the FabFilter site. (For all their plug-ins).
I agree PSP Echo is easy to use and excellent as well.
(I have the Waves ADT plug-in on the desktop, and it does make it incredibly easy to get that 'ADT sound' without much futzing around.)

Thanks for answers!
I also find Timeless a bit hard to use, especially to dial in the time settings I want.
