Has anyone used one of these with Auria? Wondering if I can get 8 channels of sound into Auria at the same time! I haven't heard much about this yet? 24/96 sounds good. For a minimal setup like mine! Other than that I'm looking at a Yamaha MG 12 or 16 with stereo 24/96 class compliant output... Or Mr Xmas is gonna buy me an Apogee Quartet & a mixer! Any tips appreciated

I'm looking at the Yamaha MG12 UX myself. I had thought about getting annAudient interface but I think a mixer will be more practical for me.

The Yamaha should have a good sound card! But, I'm still hoping for multi channel output, into Auria. I'm surprised that there are such limited options, mixer wise!

Alright, who's got one on here? The latest update seemed to have fixed iPad issues.

Happy to report that with the latest firmware (5/27/2016) the k-mix is working very well. All 8 ins and 10 outs show up in the io matrix. Recording is good. I wish Auria had an 88200 kHz setting!

Does the K-mix work as a surface control for Auria? Been dying to find out.

I would imagine so, as when in midi mode it outputs all buttons/sliders/dials.

Well, the problem is that Auria Pro only takes Mackie Control, not MIDI.

The k-mix can do some mcu/hcu stuff I believe, but I don't know how much. By default the k-mix transport controls do not work in Auria.

I just heard back from Keith McMillon Instruments and they stated that K-MIX firmware version 1.2.11 brings full iOS compatibility. They also stated that, "Currently, however, Mackie control protocol is only supported on the K-Mix transport buttons."
We should have one soon in the office for testing, so I will report back with any updates.

Great! I look forward to future developments. I'm loving my k-mix with Auria so far.
