Bank/Patch not populated when a MIDI file is imported

Should Bank/Patch be populated when a MIDI file is imported?

I selected FX, Parameters section is showing:
Bank: Off Patch: Off

Piano Roll does show the
Program Change
BankSel MSB
BankSel LSB

Forgot to mention.

Bank/Patch changes are not sent to the keyboard.

Looks like Auria is only sending the Patch Change, but it is missing the Bank part.
