Can't unfreeze tracks.

Not good, i can't unfreeze tracks so i'm stuck, literally and figuratively! :(

Tap on the freeze icon and it freezes but no amount of tapping or holding has any effect but i can't see any mention of this issue.

iPad Air 1, ios8.1.1.

Yes, this is a known bug that was introduced with iOS8. It's already been fixed, and the update is being reviewed by Apple. Hopefully it'll get approved soon.
