Absolutely,
I have seen intermittent issues happen from every link in the chain. It just happens, even from good quality cables.

Re: Question about interface / connection...
Hey jdchess,
I would start by replacing your cables one by one to see where the issue may be. Replace the lightening to USB cable, then the powered hub USB cable, then the powered hub, then the CCK. Hopefully one of those will present themselves as the 'weak link'.

Rode NT-USB gain
Because Auria doesn't offer a software based gain control for external hardware (at least right now), you may be running into some gain issues if your USB mic doesn't have a built in gain control. For anyone that has a Rode NT-USB mic and would like better gain control with the microphone in Auria, ...

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
I would definitely suggest starting by testing your setup without the Cable Jive dock connector in-line. We can at least see if that makes a difference and go from there.

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
Hi indratgj, What kind of powered USB hub are you using? Concerning the latency offset, unless you are using hardware inserts, there should not be any need to change this, Auria takes care of it automatically. For the majority of users, Latency Offset can be left at 0 and you most likely never need ...

Re: Cannot play track thru Alesis io dock 2
Hi Skipneuman, Are you turning the i/o dock on in the middle of a session or while already having Auria open? ("The track just stops where it is") Can you try to first close all of your open apps (double click the iPad home button and swipe up on all of the thumbnails) Then turn on the i/o...

Re: Convolution reverb is missing
Hi djanton73, Unfortunately when it comes to missing your stock IR files with the Convolution Reverb, the only way to reload them is to delete and reinstall Auria. Before deleting Auria off of your iPad make sure to back up your projects onto a computer using iTunes File Sharing or iFunBox. Delete A...

Re: View and monitor stereo waveforms
Hi jmusco, When you record a stereo track, you should see 2 waveforms in the track. The top waveform would represent the Left channel and the bottom the Right channel. Is this what you are referring to as 'Stereo Waveform'? What kind of interface are you using with your iPad? Are you monitoring with...

Re: Stereo Input Only Working on One Side
Only create a mono track if you are recording using just one input on your interface. You will still here your guitar coming out the Left and Right channels. You can still process your guitar using stereo effects to then in turn create a stereo spatial sound from a mono track. You are getting noise ...

Re: Stereo Input Only Working on One Side
Hi biggerbrew , What version of iOS is your iPad running? Are you using the latest build of Auria? Is your interface running the lastest version of its firmware available? When Auria appears to "turn off one side of the output", are you monitoring live signal coming in or playing back reco...

Re: Iconnect audio4
The team at iConnectivity has been testing the new interface with Auria and claims full compatibility. We should be receiving one in the next few weeks so we can test it personally in house. After talking to a few of their test engineers it sounds like there should be no issues with compatibility on...

Re: Soundcraft Signature
I just got word from Soundcraft this morning that I should have a board for testing in the beginning of July. They are modifying some of the PCB's for the next round of production and hope to have the board fully iOS compatible by the end of the summer. I'll post my findings as soon as I get the boa...

Re: can a mixing console be used with auria
That is entirely up to your preference of mixing. If you decide to just stick with the 18i20 and mixing in the box with Auria, you may want to check out some compatible fader packs if you like having physical buttons and knobs. Other options may be trying to find an iOS compatible mixer with a USB c...

Re: can a mixing console be used with auria
Typically when you use a mixing board in a studio or live situation in conjunction with an audio interface, you run all of your inputs into the mixing board and then run a snake out of all the channel direct outputs and go into the audio interface. This allows you to still retain independent channel...

Re: Moving tracks to another project
And as a note, if you are going to export/import as Stems, make sure you have no effects on your original audio tracks as that will get printed to the .Wav files
