Re: Question - soloing and buses
There are 2 basic situations, soloing a track and soloing a bus. If a track is solo'd it would solo the bus (or buses) it is going to. That bus would not then solo all the other tracks that feed into it. If a bus was solo'd it would solo all tracks that feed into that bus while respecting any muted ...

Re: Question - soloing and buses
Ah yes I did watch that video Anthony, it made me think about the busing system and ask this question.
Would it be easier to have a single click solo for buses if there was no drawbacks? If yes then perhaps we can suggest this as a future change for Auria.

Question - soloing and buses
When a track going to a bus is solo'd should the bus be automatically solo'd to? It seems very logical to me and also be much more efficient work flow wise for solo to work this way. I can't think of a reason for the whole chain all the way to the master out not to be solo'd. Perhaps it's because yo...

region selection miss-alignment on large track counts
ipad pro screen optimised setting turned on. edit screen, large track counts (50+), selecting regions in the lower portion of the edit screen. If you have a project with large track counts selecting a region becomes miss-aligned. when you try to select a region in the 40+ track count or over. To sel...

Re: Plug in not download on new ipad
pro q didn't download for me once and I found out it was because Auria upgraded to Pro is a different app to Auria Pro.
I'd brought the plugins in the one app and not the other. Confusing but that's the way Apple does it. This maybe the case with this situation.

Re: Should muting/unmuting subgroup respect muted tracks?
In this situation I would use the bussing system. Cheers. Yes but shouldn't the subgroups behave like the mute on busses? what is useful about the behaviour of ignoring track mutes, what do people use this for I'm intrigued. Also it's not useful to use buses as the solo function works strangely. Tr...

Re: Should muting/unmuting subgroup respect muted tracks?
Not seeing it as rude mate. maybe its not clear here?.. "Lets say I have 10 track going to a subgroup and 5 of them are muted. Now if I mute then unmute the subgroup all 10 tracks are now unmuted" not quite getting what your saying.. No worries still, hope it gets sorted. King P.S sounds ...

Re: Should muting/unmuting subgroup respect muted tracks?
as I said before King there are no bugs or issues with the muting and solo functions regarding subgroups, I'm try to raise the issue of the functionality of the muting and soloing of subgroups. Not wishing to be rude but I don't want this thread derailed with bugs, could you put these type of posts ...

Re: Should muting/unmuting subgroup respect muted tracks?
Without going into details, 5% of the time I get similar/same/other issues with the Group solo/mute function. I have worked around it, never reported it (too long), and 5% was ok-ish.. for me.. If and when I come across it again I'll add to this thread. But yes, its not fully reliable. King This is...

Should muting/unmuting subgroup respect muted tracks?
The way muting/ unmuting subgroups doesn't work as expected for me (and perhaps others). Lets say I have 10 track going to a subgroup and 5 of them are muted. Now if I mute then unmute the subgroup all 10 tracks are now unmuted. I was hoping that the 5 tracks previously muted would remain muted afte...

my 16 channel desk has been performing very well with auria pro. Perhaps it's interface related, is there a firmware update you can perform?

Re: Nine Inch Nails flac files
after Auria opens you'll need to go to the edit menu and import audio.
If the files are viewable in the Auria folder try importing them, Auria may convert them. If they are there but not clickable it means you'll have to convert them to a WAV file first.
