iPod TOuch with Macally Mic & headphones - NG!

It appears I HAVE TO have a headphone with a mic, as my Macally mic and separate headphones are not enough to activate Voice band. Will this be updated anytime soon? I bought the app this evening.

Follow up: I completely tested all my other apps that require a mic and headphone and they are all working as expected with the mic and separate headphones. It would appear that VoiceBand has yet to include this feature. I've also emailed the developer but no response yet. I really would appreciate a confirmation that this is NOT compatible with separate mic and headphones. It should also be in the tech notes at iTunes.

Hi Mike,
Yes, you're right. Voice Band is not yet compatible with a separate mic. This is why I state in the description that a headset with a built-in mic is required for an iPod touch (and for original iphones).
Future versions should have support for external mics.
