BFD wave file converter to GOG?

Post by BBeam »

:?:
Does there exist a BFD wave file converter-to-GOG and where can I get it?
If not, does anybody have method or work flow to do this by hand; or a link to site that does?
I have seen the posts about sending a stair stepped series of velocities into each BFD drum sound to get the output at various levels, which can then be edited and imported into the gog format. But it would great batch convert all the BFD files we own and save a lot of hours.

I guess I should that I don't want to upgrade to BFD 2.

I'd rather use Dramagog.

Unfortunately, there is not a "BFD file - Drumagog GOG" converter. BFD .wav files are copy protected, so you'll most likely receive an error when attempting to load them into Drumagog.

We are currently working to offer some of the BFD libraries in GOG format.

Until then, the Platinum version of Drumagog allows users to work with BFD/BFD2 samples directly within Drumagog. This feature allows Drumagog to do the replacement, with BFD/BFD2 samples, and then further work with BFD/BFD2 room ambiance, etc.
