Is there any way to trigger the gog files in drumagog with a boss dr5 as my midi controller? Or does this program only replace wav files? if so how please help.

Yes, Drumagog can be triggered by your DR-5 via MIDI, as long as you have either Drumagog Pro or Platinum (the Basic version doesn't support MIDI). You will find the MIDI options on the Advanced page of the Drumagog window.
How to setup Drumagog with MIDI will depend on your host application, as each treats MIDI and plugins differently. We have a chapter of our manual concerning Drumagog and MIDI (Chapter 9) that discusses how to configure Drumagog for MIDI triggering.
