Incorrect User Information Error

I'm trying to login to download my purchase and it keeps giving me an "incorrect user information" error. I've tried inverting the last name with the first as someone mentioned, but it still didn't help. Cookies are enabled, and the info matches the receipt. Please help! I've sent emails and left messages, but received no response. Thank you.

Hello,

You can only download Drumagog purchases through our website, not additional sample libraries. The "incorrect user information" error occurs if a customer has only ordered a non-download product. If you only purchased a sample library, a physical disc will be mailed to you.

At this point the only sample library available as a download is the Supersonic Sample Library, and a link is sent in a separate email.
