Drumagog Plat, Cubase SX 3 & MacBook Pro

Post by Soundtrack2life »

I recently purchased a MBP (Intel Mac) computer and installed Cubase SX 3 as my DAW and I can not get Drumagog Plat to show up in the VST list. I noticed it is "brown'd out" in the list. I have checked it off and restarted Cubase but still not luck. FWIW this is the ONLY plug-in I can not get to work on my new Mac setup. Is anyone else having this problem. . . is there a work around etc. etc. TIA

Correct. You can get Drumagog to work with your setup however. It's just a matter of reinstalling it, then choosing the "Rosetta" version of Drumagog. This way, it will work with all non-Intel host programs, like Cubase 3.

Obviously, if you upgrade to Cubase 4, which is a native Intel program, you should install Drumagog, and choose "Native Intel" in the install options.
