timing error with Auto-Align Mode

Hi drumagogs,

I found out, that when I`m using the auto align mode, some replacements are offbeat by up to 20 mseconds. Sometimes the new wavs are too early, sometimes too late. Is that already a known issue? When the Auto-Align Mode is switched off, the timing is absolutely consistent with the originating track.
? Any ideas, Rim?

I´m using a WIN XP PC, Pentium 4 with Cubase SX 3.1 and a RME Multiface/Digiface.

The latest version (4.06) shouldn't have any issues like this.
