We recently installed Drumagog 5 Platinum on brand new 12-core Macs. We're operating Pro Tools 8 HD3 on the Snow Leopard OS. Unfortunately I can't quite get a grasp of the AutoAlign function on Drumagog. When it is activated there is about a 10 ms delay. Without this activated it seems like the sample is about dead on though. Are there any settings or delay compensations that I am doing incorrectly? My playback engine is pretty much maxed out on PT's delay compensation & playback buffers.
Thanks,
Brandon

Re: AutoAlign
Brandon,
On the Settings page, what triggering mode are you running and what do you have the latency set to? If it was a delay compensation problem, it would be off 80 ms (the default setting in Drumagog). If you turn delay compensation indicator on in your mixer in Pro Tools, it will be red if it is over the allotted amount and will be 80 ms off. Let us know any other settings in Drumagog you are using.
Cheers,
Jack
