problems with Sound Forge 10

Post by kwhatx »

In Sound Forge 10, when I try to open Drumagog 5 using the Favorites menu, Sound Forge hangs up and stops responding. I finally got it to open using the Plugin Chainer. Processed a track. Closed file. Open new file. Try to open Drumagog 5 with Plugin Chainer and GUI is blank. Have to close Sound Forge and re-open it to use Drumagog 5 again.

Hello,

We did some quick tests to recreate these errors, but we unable to replicate it. Any other information you can tell us about your Windows system that might help us with recreating the problem would be great. Thanks.

Sound Forge 10b, Windows XP service pack 2, 2.93 GHz, 2 GB ram

Drumagog 4 opens multiple times just fine (can open it without using plugin chainer). Thanks.

Update on problem after installing 5.01. I can now open Drumagog 5 using the FX Favorites instead of the plugin chainer (which is how all previous versions of Drumagog & Sound Forge worked). GUI still hangs up (no graphics ... can see right thru it) if I finish with a track, close it, open another track and try to open Drumagog 5.

Thanks. We haven't been able to recreate this in-house yet, but our developers are taking a look at it now
