Intel Mac update issue

Hi,

I just purchased the Pro Drumagog and it installed fine on my new Mac Pro Intel-based system running Pro Tools HD3 V7.2.1.

However, when I try to open the downloaded update of Mac-OSX Version 4.07, the computer tells me I have to choose an application to open the .bin file. What do I do?

Hi,

This happens if you first downloaded the bin file onto a PC, then transferred it to your Mac. To get around this, you can either download the file directly from the internet onto your Mac, or download the free "Stuffit expander" from www.stuffit.com. This will allow you to open bin files that have been saved elsewhere.
