Authorizing Drumagog

Post by InSights7 »

I upgraded to Tiger and ProTools 7.1 and Drumagog is saying my demo time is up. I typed in the response number that was emailed to me, closed Drumagog, quit ProTools. When I restart and try to open Drumagog again, still not authorized. What to do now. I tried authorizing while in Peak PRO. Same results. This was authorized before with Panther and ProTools 6.7.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The most common cause of this is an incorrectly typed unlock code or CPUID. If either is off by a digit (either when typing into the web page, or back into Drumagog), it will not unlock properly. Please re-submit the CPUID and try it again to make sure.

Also, make sure all the numbers are getting into the unlock box (some hosts reserve certain numbers for other functions, so it's best to double-check by hand that all the digits are actually being typed.
