Add from track (again)

Couldn't get this to work in Nuendo 4.2 with Drumagog 4.11.
Is this a known problem ?

No, there aren't any known issues concerning Add From Track. What kind of problem are you experiencing, and what kind of system are you using?

Found out that I had the Basic version going.
I've must have gotten an unlock code for the Basic version last time I re-installed my computer.

Back in the version 2 days Rim gave me an upgrade to the Pro (or whatever it was called at the time), due to some technical issues.

First time since re-install I needed the Add from track feature, so I have not noticed before now.

What to do from here ? any tips ?

Anyway, I'm on windows XP Pro sp2 + Nuendo 4.2 + Drumagog 4

After looking at the comparison chart, it says that Pitch-control is not in the basic version.
But this actually worked. Strange

From your description it sounds like you need a new unlock code to unlock Pro. Be sure to use the login information (name, email, phone) that is registered to your copy of Pro when submitting a new unlock code request at http://www.drumagog.com/support.asp

If you aren't sure what you used when registering, send us an email and we can look up your account information.

Well I tried a new unlock code, and it registered as the Basic version again.
Back in version 2 days I got an upgrade to the Pro-version from Rim. This continued as a Pro-version when upgrading to version 3. Add from track worked.
But when trying to register the newest version it pops up as Basic.

I did get the Pro-version due to some technical issues when on version 2. As I recall it stayed that way through the version 3.
But not in 4.

What to do ?

Email us with the account information you are using, as it sounds like the account info you are using is tied to Drumagog Basic.
