Nuendo 4 asking to reinstall Drumagog

Post by Colors of Sound »

I am trying to install and run Drumagog Platinum 4.1 on a Mac Pro with Leopard 10.5. I installed Drumagog Platinum (Intel version) and that was successful. Then I ran the Drumagog 4.1 update, and that was successful. But when I started Nuendo 4, 3 messages came up. The first message said "Drumagog preferences not found. Please re-install Drumagog." The second message said, "Bundle not found. Please re-install Drumagog." And the 3rd message said, "error reading." I tried re-installing Drumagog, and the install procedure was again successful. However, when I stared Nuendo again, the same messages appeared. What do I need to do? Thank you.

Best Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,

I would trash the Drumagog Preferences file located at HD>Users>Name>Library>Preferences. Then re-install using the "full retail version" of Drumagog v4.10 instead of the update.
