Can drumagog do this for me?

Post by cordelero »

My band is getting ready to record and we have a big problem... drummer quit. I'm halfway decent but my kick timing stinks on faster songs. I'd like to record myself into PT LE 7.4 (WinXP) and use the audio to trigger BFD 2.0. I think the best route would be to create a midi drum file from my audio and edit from there. Is drumagog's midi output capable of this? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Drumagog has direct compatibility with BFD v1.5.46, and there are plans for the same feature in BFD 2.0.

Drumagog works with both audio and MIDI, so you can edit in your preferred environment.

Drumagog has MIDI in/out functionality. Drumagog can create MIDI from audio. Using MIDI, it is also possible to have Drumagog play external drum machines, synths, ans software-based samplers.
