Can't authorize my new drumagog

Hi, I just bought drumagog basic after a using a 14-day demo. First of all, I cant get rid of the old demo. Secondly, after I've gone through the new installer I bought, the old out-dated demo is the only drumagog i can find in logic. When clicking on authorize in this out-dated demo, and uploads this file i get by clicking "Save licence request..." i get this error message from your website:

"ERROR! An unexpected authorization error 20000 occurred. -
. Please retry. If the problem persists please contact support@drumagog.com.''

Im using a new mac, OS X 10.8.5

Let's try a clean reinstall--First, Delete the Drumagog 5 folder from your Applications folder (if this is where you keep your Gog Files, move those files out first). Then, delete the component file from your Components folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plugins > Components) and empty the trash.

Download the 5.2 installer from your account. Run this installer, and restart your computer.

Then start Logic. You should be prompted to authorize, and you should have no trouble completing the License File method. If you still need help, please email support[at]drumagog[dot]com
