Unlocking problem Sonar 4

Hey, my problem is that when i go to unlock from the demo version, i enter my unlock number and it says to close drumagog and your audio application. so i close both go back into it and then it still is on demo version??? wats the problem??
any advice would be apreciated

Hello,

Have you recently moved to a new computer or installed a new OS? The CPUID changes within Drumagog because of these changes, so you'll need to get a new unlock code. Fill out the form on the support page at http://www.drumagog.com/support.asp (using the new CPUID you get from the Drumagog plugin screen). A new unlock code will be e-mailed to you automatically.

Also, make sure you installed the full retail version of Drumagog, not just the update by itself.

If you are working with ProTools, enter the code with the numbers at the top of the keyboard, not the numeric pad keys. ProTools assigns commands to the numeric pad keys that often interferes with entering codes.
