Authorization problem?

I am on the page that says "Authorizing your product. you can refresh or wait." right now
and it doesn't go anywhere. Nothing happened. i've been waiting for like 1 hours. Is the server down?
and what am i supposed to do?

If you're using the License File authorization method, this is usually only temporary. Trying again at a later time should work--if you're still having trouble please contact us at support(at)drumagog.com.
