Problems with Activation

Matt and Rim,
I have been a Drumagog owner for many years and you have always been very helpful, but latley i have not had any replies to my emails. I am having an issue with activating my Drumagog Platinum 4.0 in Windows 7 64 bit. I put in the numbers correctly but after closing Protools 8.0 It says the demo version has expired. I have tried reinstalling the product but still no go.
Please help. I have been without Drumagog now for 4 weeks!!

Hello,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with authorizing Drumagog. From your description it sounds like Drumagog is rejecting your unlock code. This normally happens when using an older code from another system, or even just from upgrading your OS. Always remember that when changing computers or operating systems, Drumagog 4 needs a new unlock code.

All you should need to do is visit our Support page (http://www.drumagog.com/support.asp) with your new CPUID (displayed inside Drumagog) and fill out the form. You should receive your new unlock code within a few minutes.
